A wine that pours a pale to medium straw yellow in the glass. Initially reserved, it gradually reveals aromas of pear, quince, apricot, delicate citrus and floral notes, with a hint of vanilla. The mineral character of the Leithagebirge is evident on the palate, where it shows a creamy, full-bodied texture and striking minerality that almost feels salty. The fine citrus notes become even more pronounced in the finish, lingering longer than in the nose.
